The project is a 16,000 s.f. television studio in Long Island City in the Silvercup Production building. The space is divided into two primary areas: a 5,000 s.f. public galleria next to the studio entrance with a glass enclosed conference room and freestanding maple stair and a 7,000 s.f. stage for filming commercials beyond a 15-foot tall steel framed movable glass wall.
